Content changes are things like hours, prices, text, and photos. Design changes take a little longer. The only work not priced on this page is connecting another system — booking, payments, inventory — which we price per job once we know what it talks to.

Fair questions
- Do I need to know anything technical?
- No. There's no dashboard, no login, and no software to learn. If you can send an email, you can update your site.
- Can I see changes before they go live?
- Always. Every change — including the original build — gets a private preview link first. Nothing is published until you've seen it.
- What if I already have a domain?
- We can use it. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you get one set up.
- How long does a new site take?
- Usually 1–2 weeks, start to finish. You'll see a preview link before it goes anywhere public.
- What counts as a small change?
- Content: your hours, prices, text, photos, a seasonal note. Those are 1–3 business days, up to five a month on the care plan. Design changes — new colors, a new section layout — take a little longer.
- What if I need something more than a content change?
- Design work takes a little longer than a content edit. Connecting another system — online booking, payments, inventory — is the one thing not priced on this page: we price it per job, because it depends entirely on what we're connecting to.
- Do I have to take the care plan?
- No. The build is a one-time price, hosting is included, and the site is yours. The care plan is for people who'd rather email us their changes than make them.
